How WeRoad works

Terms & Conditions

• The promoter of this competition is WeRoad UK Ltd, whose registered office is at Inglestre Place Inglestre Court, London W1F 0JL; together with Mooboo Bubble Tea, whose registered office is at 140 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, London, SW31HY.
• To take part in the competition participants have to follow @weroad_travel and @mooboo_uk Instagram accounts, tag one of your friends under the partnership post(link) of both brands and fill out a participation form accessible here. 
• The competition is open to anyone for all the prizes but the final prize. Only winners aged between 25 - 49 years old will be considered in the final prize selection, as per the age range specification on WeRoad's website regarding services offered.
• The contest is active between 19.10.22 at 12:00 pm and 19.11 at 23:59, and only participants taking part within this time frame will be taken under consideration in the winner selection.
• Winner selection: will be executed via a randomised selection tool by WeRoad's team and it will be completely independent.
• Main prize description: any chosen WeRoad's tour valued up to £2000. Participant has to reach out to WeRoad in order to collect the prize. They can contact the company via e-mail at hello@weroad.travel. Reservation through our Customer Support must be done by the end of 2022 and the participant needs to be willing to go on a tour by 31.05.2023. "Money pot"  is not included in the prize. The winners must understand that flight purchase is their sole responsibility and it is not included in the main prize. They will be also sharing the room with another traveller, in accordance with a regular WeRoad tour. 
• If the participant isn't willing to go on the tour by 31.05.2023 or does not accept the prize within 7 days of being notified of winning, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and WeRoad / Mooboo shall be entitled to select another winner.
• WeRoad merchandise and Mooboo's DIY bubble tea kit prizes can vary and are subject to availability. They will be provided if the winner is responsive to WeRoad's communication within 48h and provided a postal address for the prize.
• Mooboo's 'One-week free bubble tea' equals a maximum of seven free bubble teas to be claimed by the winners over a given seven-day period before the prize expires.
  
• Mooboo's 'One-week free bubble tea' includes bubble teas from Mooboo's Fruit and Milk tea sections ONLY and does not pply to Savoury teas, Mocktails, Fresh tea, Wave tea or Special teas on Mooboo's menu. All seven free bubble tea from the 'One-week free bubble tea' have to be redeemed at the same Mooboo branch of the winners' choice.
• Mooboo/WeRoad will not hold any responsibility to refund/reimburse any expired free bubble teas from the 'One-week free bubble tea' prizes.
• All bubble teas from the 'One-week free bubble tea' prizes will be of regular size with one free regular topping. Any size upgrade or extra toppings have to be paid for by the winners.
• The winners of the 'One-week free bubble tea' can redeem multiple bubble teas at a time.
• The winners of the DIY bubble tea kit prizes and the 'One-week free bubble tea' prizes hold full responsibility to check for allergens and intolerances before consuming their prizes. For more information on allergens/intolerances please contact info@moo-boo.com. Mooboo and WeRoad do not hold any responsibility to change the bubble tea prizes in regard to the winners' allergies or intolerances
• By filling out the participation form online you are agreeing to be contacted by WeRoad or Mooboo for marketing purposes.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity materials. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with the UK's implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) UK data protection legislation and will l not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
• WeRoad / Mooboo reserves the right to request the winners and/or WeRoad / Mooboo remove any inappropriate and/or damaging content relating to the company.
• The winner must be comfortable and happy to create social media content for the WeRoad / Mooboo social channels during / following their trip.
• This giveaway is NOT affiliated with Instagram. WeRoad/Mooboo are not responsible for any entry that could not be made or could not be received. 
• It is in participants' responsibility to understand the Terms & Conditions of this competition upon taking part in it, as well as understand the rules of receiving the prizes.
